Late night Thai food (pad thai) really hurt my diet. My weight suffered with all the carbs sitting in my stomach overnight. Went to the gym this morning for my cardio & abs workout. Ate dinner before 6pm. I ate terribly. Beef Short Ribs (high fat) and Mac & Cheese (high carbs). It was my only meal of the day however.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
