Oh how I hate holidays...jeeeepers. Not been eating right, drinking to much ciders. Lol... And stopped doing exercises. Start all over again... With kids liking baked stuff, isnt helping much...
173.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1013 kcal Fat: 33.21g | Prot: 28.15g | Carb: 157.80g.   Breakfast: Nutriday Low Fat Flavoured Yoghurt, Pick n Pay Nutty Crunch Muesli. Lunch: Bovril Beefy, Margarine, Rye Bread (Reduced Calorie), Pear, Apples. Dinner: Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Renown Traditional Pork Bangers. Snacks/Other: Canderel Milk Chocolate (85g), Coffee with Milk and Sugar. more...

oh I relate to the kids toying with my appetites .... but you'll get past it once your eating habits plan starts working and showing on the scale ...
