Last night, out with a bunch of ladies for tapas dinner...no way to track that. Ate plenty, had a glass of wine. On a positive note, I ran before I went :)
185.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
