Just remember to always look on the bright side, and look at tomorrow is a new day, and you can decide which direction to go on the path to healthier eating :-). It's not always easy and you can't let a step back take you down. A lot of people that have an up week (or day if they weigh daily) get discouraged and it puts then into a downward spiral that they can't pull themselves out of or at least not easily. I don't want that to happen to me (or anyone else for that matter). Just gotta take it one day at a time and know you can always improve :-)
