Been on atkins since monday and have lost 7lbs just want a way to track what I'm eating.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I have the same question??? I'm not sure how to record my carbs...if I eat a stir fry how do you measure that out?
