A small loss, but I'm actually pretty content. I had a very good day with food yesterday and was able to control myself and exercize, and I actually reaped some results.
Even though I'm sooooo close (only .1 off!) to my 10 lb goal, I still can't count it yet. I am going to go ahead and set my new goal now, and keep going!
My new goal is to hit 140 by Christmas Eve. From this point, that's about 7.5 pounds in 7 weeks. Definetly possible. I'm worried about things getting harder as I get closer to this goal though. It'll leave me really close to a healthy weight (136), so my body is going to be fighting me. I'm sure the last 4 pounds after that are going to be frustrating and slow, but I'm up for it, because I know I'm going to get there.
This week I want to lose 1 pound, and go to the gym by myself once.
