Up a bunch after a week in Atlanta at the Georgia Educational Technology Conference. Too much rubber conference chicken!
279.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know, I find it hard to stay on track when traveling too. It is so much easier to control portions and ingrediants when you are at home, but you can do it, just keep plugging away.
