as of Fri. 1/8. blood glucose = 112; Thurs. 1/7 wt=212.6; bg=94 had chinese food [moo goo gai pan]for lunch Fri. noon, few hrs later, Starbuck drink of nonfat powdered milk base with raspberry 'n chocolate 'n ice. sooo good. for supper,1/4lb grilled chicken strips with a sweet potato. breakfast was usual: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2c blueberries, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp Organic Blue Agave Sweetener.
