Not happy to put this weight down, but it is what it is. I seem to be holding on to some water weight. Hopefully I can correct this. I must increase my water consumption.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
