Fasting all day and gaining weight can be very disappointing! But I think my body is just retaining the food I had last night due to the fast.
It can work against the weight loss I guess...or my dinner was too late at night too.
Let's see after today.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
