I tried varying my diet again...and it was a near disaster again :) From now on I'm going to use the 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' approach.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 127.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Thanks for your inspiring blogs and results! Decided today that instead of my "tons of fruits and vegetables, wholegrains etc - low fat - low protein" that only made me gain weight the past 5 years, I'll go and give "your" HFLC approach a try! :)
