Gotta get my butt in gear. Back on the right food track, back on the right workout track. That's the only way this is gonna work, and I'm tired of maintaining!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Interesting in my tips it talks about either focusing on diet or workouts. I hear this more and more. Workouts making it more difficult to focus on diet. Would like to know the real theory to that.

I'm still looking to lose. Maybe another 5-8 pounds, mostly just shaking off this really stubborn layer of fat that just doesn't wanna come off.
