Interesting in my tips it talks about either focusing on diet or workouts. I hear this more and more. Workouts making it more difficult to focus on diet. Would like to know the real theory to that.

I'm still looking to lose. Maybe another 5-8 pounds, mostly just shaking off this really stubborn layer of fat that just doesn't wanna come off.
