Just started a vegan diet on Monday, January 4, 2010; so far it is going great. In the mornings I have been having avocado pear with carrots; peas and carrots for lunch; collard greens and tomatos for dinner. I was also able to swim three times this week-today will be four-and I am doing a thousand stomach cruch exercises-along with one hundred push-ups each morning.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
