I ate well and exercised yesterday. I dropped another pound on my home scale. I also weighed in today officially with my colleagues. I've known my scale at home was off by three pounds, but that's what I've been using for my weights here. My official weight is 151. I will be weighing in every Friday at work so I will include those weights in my journals.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
