I have increased my use of fish as an entree, which helped me make it through the last two weeks of cheating (chocolate, cookies, alcohol) and still I lost a pound. Maybe it was the increased exercise too. Hopefully the next 2 weeks will be better. Thankfully, I don't have anymore weekend classes (with the excessive snacks offered by classmates).
