I join the gym it's been 2 months and I've gained 5lbs and 4.5 inches and I am very discouraged. Been eating the right things and low cal. and it still not coming off I don't know what else to do. But I'm not giving up and I will find a way.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
