Happy Halloween!

Unfortunately, with midterms and all of these huge projects / papers piling up, I've been eating more like a typical college student rather than caring about my body as I have in the rest of this past month. =/

Tomorrow is the beginning of a new month, so gotta get back on track as soon as all of these papers / projects are behind me. =)

Sidenote: For the month of Octoboer 2011, I have lost a total of 10.9 lbs!

Currently feeling: Hungry, but won't put anything in my mouth 'til I record my daily intake today. Work had a potluck for Halloween, so it'll be difficult to get everything down, and I'm sure numbers will be skewed.
Overall throughtout the day: Feet hurt from the heels I wore for my costume: "Contessa de Muerte", but my BF deemed me a succubus, which works well enough also. Just finished Religion class, and another professor told my instructor that he was expecting too much from the class, so he's going to re-grade all of our tests on a weighted curve in our favor. Expecting my "B" on the midterm to become an "A" since one more point would have given it to me. Which is fantastic!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow ... Well done on the October weight loss 10.9 pounds awesome.... Such a good idea to do this... We sometimes forget our cumulative weight loss and just focus on the day to day loss :-)

Thanks, Sk1nny! You're such a great motivator! I agree; I felt it would be nice to make it easy to see how much I lose per month so I can reflect on that whenever I need a boost toward my ultimate goal! I try to lose 2 lbs per week (8 lbs per month), and to see that I am surpassing that makes me feel good about the efforts I'm putting into my health and fitness. =)
