I did fairly well this past week, but I didn't lose my target 2 pounds. I'm hopfully leaving to visit my sister in San Francisco this weekend, and I'd like to get my 2 pounds out of the way before then. I've set myself up for success by making a lentil and sweet potato soup for lunches and have made a reduction in my RDI from 1,700 to 1,250.

Looking forward to my weigh in next Monday!
172.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
