I started my detox diet on 1/4. Prior to that I did not do a good job tracking or making good decisions. I feel like I will see the result of the detox next week!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Great job on the tracking! I see what you mean about those rice chips. Try the ones in the asian section--2 points for 15!
