Badddddd...Hit McD's on the way to the airport, just tired and needed food to keep me awake. Time to start some positive self-talk if I want to stick with this....Breakfast and lunch is easy, it's dinner that kills me.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
