Come on....this is like a "best case" this week. The only reason Im weighing in so much is because I just want to see where I end up. Not doing anything crazy just following a detox and eating plan from Jillian Michaels and coming off the holidays so not eating too many sweets but if you've seen my posts....Im still eating some ;0) Have a great day and keep up the movement it feels wonderful!
And Biggest Loser is gonna be a tear jerker! my daughter and I are loving this show.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 15.4 lb a week
