Talked myself into exercising this morning! Pretty big deal for me. Stretching ~ Target exercising ~ and 20 minutes cardio on the elliptical. It's the weekend, Kurt likes to eat out, I need to be good. If I can make it through the weekend without blowing it I can be proud of myself. I really need to find a "diet plan" for myself that I can LIVE with.
