I AM EATING RIGHT, I HAVE LIMITED MY FAT INTAKE TO 45 GRAMS PER DAY OR LOWER AND I AM GAINING WEIGHT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND, BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
