i'm feeling good and on track..finally
168.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

792 kcal Fat: 18.61g | Prot: 67.31g | Carb: 91.38g.   Breakfast: boars head american cheese, egg whites, 2% milk, coffee, sugar. Lunch: mandarin orange fruit cup, boars head oven roasted turkey, arnold multi grain sandwhich thins. Dinner: Rice Pilaf, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Sugar, Green Tea. more...
