The carbs are what is stalling my progress. To many comfort meals.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comfort foods are so hard to pass by I am a carbaholic by trait .So I can completely understand .But you know we have to just get right back on track you can do it
