Slow but steady; still learning about Atkins and about what works best for my body. It is SO worth the time and energy as I want to keep this up as a lifestyle. I have been hesitant to say this, but I do think I can do this long term. I love to bake and cook, but for so many years the sad byproduct was that I didn't feel good about eating 'good' things I made. As I am changing out my carb-laden pantry for a pantry stocked with more healthy cooking ingredients, I am excited to bake and create again! What a blessing.....!!!
