Struggled this week with digestive issues so my weight fluctuated up for a couple of days...but started taking a magnesium citrate supplement and I think I'm back on track. Started eating Flax this week too for the extra fiber.
Slow but moving in the right direction.....I know many other 50-ish ladies have the same challenge with slower weight loss.

I also take magnesium every day, plus like you, have flax for extra fiber. I grind the seeds and besides making the muffin, often sprinkle a tbs on my salad.

I wonder how much flax you should eat per day....do you know? I don't think I have seen a guideline on that.

I do not know that in particular. I was told after my stroke to have at least 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day. The muffins are good for that and adding flax to other things like my salad helps. I try to be careful not to go over my calories though (1600). At times I mix flax and crude wheat bran in the muffin.
