ive been searching for my weighing machine for ages! it went missing a day after i started this fatsecret page. ive been very active this few weeks, been lifting weights and cycle everyday to class instead of walking. wut i want is to lose weight but not to lose my muscles. so i wanna be tonned . anyone knows of how to count my body fat percentage n lose it? thanks
