Well, today our clocks turn forward to lose an hour, and this makes it easier to do things later with more light. In my case, that means more golf. I am not a big golfer myself, but my friends fall into the avid category. Las Vegas is a most horrible place to diet. Many of your greatest chefs seem to at least put a lot of importance here. I wouldn't say we have tried a lot of these culinary, delightful places, but we do enjoy some of the second tier eating spots. I am so glad I have been influenced by the fasting on FS. I really enjoy reading posts from all of the dedicated dieters here. Such lovely people here. Have the best of this day!!!

So funny, my wife wants to stay in bed, and have me get Starbucks. She is addicted to Starbucks rewards. I go out to the street, and no wind, and a absolutely gorgeous day. I see a guy, that I must say, looks exactly like Elvis, with the white beaded jumpsuit. I got to love this guy, he is drinking a tall, Shilitz Blu Ribbon beer at 10:00 in the morning. Its definitely is Vegas, baby! Lol

You know Suzy, Elvis performed about 850 shows at the Las Vegas Hilton, that is now called Westgage. I have seen many shows there, probably the most popular was Barry Manilow. Elvis has a suite he lived in when he was doing his shows there. Sometimes they do tours of it. The do have a really nice tribute exhibit for him at the Westgate. Funny, as a young child I did impressions of him, and my mother took me to his movies to watch me dance to his songs. Lol

We are seeing Springsteen in another week. I loved Orbison too. We saw Tom Jones last concert Jerez. He puts on a great show. Our band plays a Johnny Cash song called " Ring of Fire". It seems we see them all. I saw Zeppelin 7 times and Jimi Hendrix's last LA concert. Black Sabbath's first LA concert.

Nick Cave is on my celebrity husband wishlist (which isn't nearly as sordid as it might sound lol). I felt so bad when their son died last year :(
