definitely slowed down, although this weekend i couldn't make my own meals, so i might have fallen back a bit. all good though.
i've been waiting to eat all day because i'm making some goddamn fried chicken, and it's going to be SO GOOD. best part is that it's basically 0 carb, even for two breasts worth. love it.
