Killing it at the gym... i play ball on Thursdays over there vs some old dude. I had to kick the vegetarian stuff to the curb.... not getting enough protein was stagnating my muscle growth even though I feel healthier with less meat.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
