The power of exercise. I hit my first 10,000 steps and about 5 miles yesterday since I've gotten my fitbit. I've pretty much been a slug for a solid month. Yesterday I felt like I needed to move o not feel so bad about ...well having barely moved on my own accord. I went spinning, and had a bit of dramatic reaction....
Leave it to exercise to allow you to still lose wieght even having eaten Shake Shack.
