Sunday 10/23 was excessive in terms of calories - I didn't quite get the final total - but I did hit my protein & fiber goals.

Monday 10/24, however, was much better. My caloric intake was much better - maybe not ideal by some standards but it was good for me - at approximately 1610 calories. My fiber & protein targets were exceeded - which is a GOOD thing!! - despite lowering my calories. I also got out to the park with my husband & child for a bit.

Weighing in today, & the scale had a slight decrease. I had weighed 188.0 to 189.0 before today, but today is 187.6 (I checked 3 times!) & that is encouraging. I am 5'8" tall, & have been since 8th grade. This is why I think a reasonable weight for me to end up at is approximately 138 lbs, give or take. My initial goal weight is 167, because that was my pre-pregnancy weight. Once I get there, I will really have to step it up to get to the 135 to 140 range, which is where I want to stay (unless I have another child, of course).
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
