Feeling better as the days go by that I have been right on track and keeping to me dieting. I am trying to just take it one day at a time and not look at the whole week. Just one day and 47 more lbs. to go till goal. Yesterday was real challenge for me after work as I was really hungry. So it really took a lot for me to keep on track but I did it. Another day gone, now just get through today...
