R1P3 - Day #20
incredible weight loss since yesterday and I thought I would see a gain!
Another B12 shot today, I'll try to re-stabilize in the 56kg
BF = 21.5%
BMI = 20.2%
122.8 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
