Like a yo-yo. Obviously my caloric intake just puts me at maintenance. Choices are a larger caloric deficit or include additional cardio with the weight training. Needs to be a balanced combination.

I fluctuate 2-3 pounds all the time, too. Water, muscle fatigue, etc. Good luck.
