I have done really well. I did have a cheat day this past Sunday. It was the first one I have had in 3 weeks and I was aware of what I was eating so I didn't go over board. I am back on track today and even made my 5:30am work out!!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
