Well, that weekend sucked! I had four days of terrible eating and a whole lot of driving. This driving and eating has been very bad for my weight. I really didn't eat badly for most of the days. The exception is Saturday because it was my son's third birthday party. We had a lot of really good food that was really bad for me. Cheese ball, sweet potato fries, taco, and fajitas, cream cheese, sour cream, and beer. Lots of high calorie food. Today, I am trying to be more diligent. It is still going to be very hard to get to my goal of 207 by the end of the year but I believe I can achieve it. It will be a hard thing to accomplish but I think with my wife's help and some more goal setting, I will make it.

The big problem will be that there are so many holidays coming up in the next few months. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas these are all holidays made up of big gatherings and lots of great food. I need to develop a plan so that I do not overeat.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
