Another week gone by and it's been a fairly boring process to report. Eating has been fine with an occasional "bad" item thrown in for variety.
Yesterday after my regular personal training session I jumped on the treadmill and ran/walked for 3.1 miles, which I haven't done in a long time. The toughest part was I didn't have my music with me so there were no distractions. I took it 1 minute at a time always forcing myself to do one more minute. I managed to finish in 43:20.
Of course by the time I got home and showered I was ready to eat everything and it took a bit of willpower to not order a delivery dinner. Instead I had a bowl of ground chicken goulash my dear mother made.
I'll finish up with a little weight information. I jumped on the scale Sunday morning and.. No change from last Sunday. It was a little disappointing but at least I didn't gain. On a whim I jumped back on the scale after my shower and was happy and surprised to see 226.4. Yay! Have a great week everyone..
