R1P3 - Day #16
Yesterday was a terrible day for my stomach...still not feeling 100% well, hopefully today.
I don't like these big weight fluctuations but I don't consider yesterday's weight value accurate enough.
B12 injection today of 35IU
123.7 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have just started to take an oral B12 spray. Quite expensive but it tastes of Apricots. I think it is already working as I have more energy and sleep better :)
