That hamburger from last night was goood but it wrecked my tummy. Didn't help my weight the next day either (gained 1.5lbs). Had a pretty good lunch today. Home-cooked beef (High Fats/Cholesterol). I'm a heavy meat eater. Will look into other nutritious options for lunch...
