I am really struggling with getting back in the program. I am just waiting on the weather to get just a tad better so I can go out and pound the pavement. Seems that is the exercise that does the most good for me. My heart just isn't into dieting right now. I have no idea why because I have the desire I just can't seem to put my finger on it. Hopefully this will change in the next few days.

I feel you, it took me a year and a half to get back to what I was doing before.

I know exactly how you feel. I weighed myself this morning and I am back up to 235 lbs. I retired two years ago, and in that time I have gained 35 lbs. I don't seem to have the energy to loose 100lbs. But, today I am starting over and using Fatsecret again. I know that when I at least take the first step of tracking my food, I do better. So, maybe getting our motivation back is a matter of steps. Today is step 1. Good luck to you and all.
