Not surprised at the up, bad weekend for diet, 1-1/2 gallons of beer, bottle of wine, take-away curry, full-on English breakfast, shouting and swearing and the footie with "the lads" - really good weekend actually! Can't be a slave to the diet all the time, gotta live some too!
