Back to my basics for me. Slim Fast always worked to jumpstart me down to a desired weight. Yeah, I know it's probably not the healthiest choice but it works for me and and few things do. The Calorie Counter ap is proving instrumental though in keeping me focused on my goal weight. That, and a daily weigh-in keeps me about as policed as I could be.

I've decided that whatever else I do eat, will be the healthiest I can manage to consume. Small 99gr of tuna for lunch (170 cals) and lots of cups of Hibiscus and Jasmine tea are the order of my days to come.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
