I ate well, I don't know why this week I gained a pound. I do know is that I am not letting that disappoint me and I will continue on my quest for good health and a smoking bod.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1463 kcal Fat: 37.68g | Prot: 52.27g | Carb: 235.23g.   Breakfast: Progresso Canned Black Beans, Vegetable Stew (without Meat), Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: Aunt Jemima Butter Rich Syrup, Plain Waffles, Welch's Fruit Snacks Mixed Fruit (25.5g). Dinner: Sargento Ultra Thin Baby Swiss Cheese, Arnold 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Thins, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Snacks/Other: Navels Oranges, T. Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Taylor Farms Celery Sticks, Trader Joe's Baby Carrots. more...
