I obviously managed to cut calories but after that journal entry I definitely eat that healthily... hot chips for dinner one day, pie another... vegemite sandwiches. Not a lot of healthy food. Have to make sure I eat healthy or I won't have any energy.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Isn't calorie counting great. EAT ALL THE THINGS (in moderation so as to stay below 1500 calories)...
