Meh...my mood from last night carried over to today. That is all.

Saw a post about frozen low-cal dinners, and MrsRando pointed out looking for under 500 sodium ones. Was REALLY surprised to see how high they were! Wonder what one should shoot for as far as daily sodium intake goes..? (Edit: MrsRando mentioned 2300 mg of sodium should be the max daily intake for adults, in comments, thanks!! Wow...with this new information, I've found out that I have only adhered to that recommendation 5 out of almost 20 days...that's horrible...)

Currently feeling: Freaking out!! I just realized I left my ring on the windowsill at the YMCA, when I took it off before using punching gloves at kickboxing! My BF gave that to me 7 yrs ago on our first Christmas together!! =(
Overall throughout the day: meh...

Oh no... About your ring. Have you enquired if anyone has handed it in? It's a long shot - but you may just be lucky. Not sure about the sodium bit - I'd google it. I stay away from pre-packed frozen meals, and don't add much salt to cooking (my dad had high blood pressure and so does hubby - so I got used to not putting it in). I have to ADD it as was having too little - didn't realise until. Kept having dizzy spells - it was lack of salt combined with too much water!!!

Oh wow! Never heard of getting dizzy from over-hydration, but perhaps the lack of salt, especially the iodine? I'm not terribly sure. But YES! I did get my ring back, thankfully! It was right where I left it, which was a HUGE surprise, especially since there was an over-flux of people there for the breast cancer 5k and 10k run! I supressed the urge to ask the desk attendant, and I'm glad I did, because it was better to go with zero bad news, and worked out very well! I couldn't be happier! :D

So glad to hear about your ring. I would be devestated if I lost my ring. About sodium; the FDA recommends that adults take in no more than 2300 mg of salt daily.

Good to know, thank you MrsRando! You are a wealth of knowledge, as usual :D (And I found my ring, YAY!)
