Good eating. Not stressed. Still sick with asthma. Hope to get some exercise in tomorrow and maybe a paddle if I'm not bteathless.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 130.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
