Today's goal is to keep carbs below 100 and calories below 2200. I worked out this morning already (30 minutes cardio, and about 10 minutes light weight lifting).

My ultimate goal is to lose about 20 pounds by Xmas. Which means I'd weigh somewhere in the low 190s.

213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
