Disappointing not surprising my weight went up. Personal life is a bit brutal. Told a lie and got caught - you would think at 35 I would know better. Ugh feelin like 3 ft tall and wondering if maybe I've ruined a friendship. Over something so silly. Been working hard at the gym - takes my mind off things and my diet is getting better everyday. Making much better food choices at work and home. Lifting some heavier weights than I'm used to and feeling really really sore. But in a good way - looking forward to body changes. I feel like some real changes are going to happen soon - and I have no doubt weight loss and muscle gain an eventuality with the plan I'm on. Added a protein shake after/during workouts and I think this is also another step. Need more water. All in all its been a struggle for a Monday - I hope it gets better by Friday.
115.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
